Shipping policy

Turnaround time for Ready to ship items is 1-7 business days. Turnaround time for custom orders is 7-14 business days. Pre-Order turnaround time is 4-6 weeks; each specific posting or listing will have the estimated shipping time frame. 

Please make sure when ordering that you order pre-orders completely separate from our other items or you will not receive your order until the pre-orders come in.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please keep in mind delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

Native Kreations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 International Shipping Policy

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Returns Policy

ALL items are final sale. There are absolutely NO refunds or returns. (Unless you have received the wrong item or the item has been physically damaged) if your item was the wrong item or it was damaged, I will email you a return label and you will have 1-7 business days to ship it back.
