Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

Each item is made-to-order just for you so our process starts as soon as your purchase is made. Once an order is place, it CANNOT be changed or modified so please make sure you are 100% wanting your items before placing your order.

** If you need an items by a certain time please Contact Us BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER to ensure we can create and deliver that item in the time frame you need it.

You the buyer are responsible for ordering the correct number of items as well as the style, size and color. We will not be responsible if you order the wrong color, size or item type. Please refer to our size charts for ANY and ALL sizing concerns.

Our processing times are located in multiple places on our website as well as our Facebook group. We will not refund, cancel, or exchange an order because of buyer remorse or for not reading the processing times/store policies!!!


All items are made-to-order, so unfortunately we do not offer any refunds. However If there is an issue with the item please message us ASAP and we can discuss possible options.


Orders WILL NOT be cancelled or altered once placed, Including size and item change. Please be sure of sizing before placing your order. Most of our items are unisex and true to size. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing. We do not offer exchanges/returns for different sizing as each shirt is made to order & final sale. If you have a question on sizing email us at


Each item is handmade, just for you! We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

We are not responsible for any damage caused to by customer. We will not send refunds or replacements for shirts that are damaged due to any kind of decoration, including but not limited to bleaching, printing, painting, pressing sublimation, HTV, screens, etc.

We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order damaged by USPS. 

Defective or incorrect items:  We must be notified within 48 hours of any damaged items, items with defects, or incorrect items. If not notified by the 48 hours, we are no longer responsible. Please contact us via email at with order number, brief description, and photos attached of damaged/defected item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it for wear, etc... Should your item be damaged/defective or incorrect, you will receive a pre-paid return label via email for you to send your item back. It is the customer’s responsibility to package and print the pre-paid label. Once item is received back a refund with store credit will be issued.

To be eligible for a return, item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, scent free, pet hair free, in its original packaging, and MUST BE SMOKE FREE! 

We reserve the right to decline any item or items returned to Native Kreations. Any items that seem to have been worn, altered or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
